Masterton has a great variety of eateries from Thai, to Tex Mex, Turkish and A La Carte options. We are also in the same region as Martinborough, which is renowned for excellent eateries and world class culinary experiences.
When can we book?
Bookings are currently open for Spring and Summer.
Can we bring our pup?
For The Glade we currently have a no pet policy as we have livestock on property, however for Townside you can bring your pooch, just arrange it with us through initial booking.

Can we eat in? Do you offer catering?
The cottages are self catering. The Glade Cottage (off-grid) has a small kitchenette and Townside (powered) has a full kitchen. Both have BBQ's.
Arrival times?
Arrival at The Glade is from 2.00pm - Townside is 3.00pm. Check out is 10.00am.
It is essential for us to know prior, exactly when you will be arriving, so we can prepare to meet you at the entrance.
Help! The dates I was looking at are no longer letting me select them for Townside.
Can children stay?
Townside is ideal for your family stay.
Due to the nature of the accommodation, the loft bed, and the surrounding riverside peninsula and waterways we don't allow children to stay at The Glade.
Just wait 10/15 minutes and try to book again. The system holds them in the background to stop double ups. Or try on another device.
Is there cell coverage?
Yes you have full 4G cell reception at both cottages.

What do you mean, off-grid?
The Glade runs its lighting, water pumps and power points from solar energy. There is gas hot water, hot showers and flushing toilets. You can charge small devices such as phones and tablets, however you can't run a hair dryer or anything that draws significant power. Bring your computer fully charged - or leave it at home altogether and relax.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is confirmed when you book and pay via our website or affiliate site. For Townside, we reserve the right to retain 100% if given less than 7 days notice and 50% if given less than 14 days notice of cancellation. For The Glade Cottage we observe the cancellation policy outlined by Canopy Camping Escapes.

What's the occupancy?
The Glade Cottage accommodates two people in a superking loft bed. Townside sleeps six people in three bedrooms with two queen beds and a double bed.
